A7132 is an antibacterial agent. A7132 possess broad and potent antibacterial activity. IC50 & Target: Antibacterial[1] In Vitro: A7132 (Compound 31) shows great oral activity against S. aureus NCTC 10649, E. coli Juhl and P. aeruginosa 5007 with MICs of 0.25, 0.05 and 0.39 μg/mL, respectively[1].
