CY 208-243 is a selective dopamine D1 receptor agonist which exhibits antiparkinsonian activity[1]. IC50 & Target: dopamine D1 receptor[1] In Vivo: Pretreatment with CY 208-243 (2.5 mg/kg; s.c.) prevents the increase of DA release and metabolism induced by the D-1 antagonist, SCH 23390 (0.05 mg/kg; s.c.)[1].
