Coronalolic acid, extract from the apical bud of Gardenia sootepenesis Hutch, inhibits TNF-α-induced NF-κB activity and NO production[1]. IC50 & Target: NF-κB; NO[1] In Vitro: Coronalolic acid has an inhibition effect against the TNF-α-induced NF-κB activity and NO production with IC50s of 15.4 μM and 15.0 μM in LPS-stimulated RAW 264.7 cells, respectively[1].
